GROW OUR GARDEN

The Scappoose Sprouts Learning Garden is honored to have the early support of our community to bring the first phase of construction to life. However, the Garden will require additional funding and volunteerism to ensure the entire multi-phase design is possible.
From our outdoor musical instruments and custom composting benches, to a tool shed and boulder seating, there are a variety of features that will benefit from your tax-deductible donation. Every dollar counts and every name will be recognized for making a donation to this beautiful space. 

Specifically, we hope to raise the funds needed for our Phase I blueprints, including the estimated elements/costs:
  • Compass Concrete:           To support the $13,000 needed 
  • Irrigation:                             To support the $5,000 needed 
  • Gravel Pathway:                 To support the $4,000 needed 
  • Tool shed:                           To support the $3,000 needed
  • Compost Study Station:    To support the $2,000 needed
  • Orchard Tree:                     To support the $500 needed
  • Garden Tool:                       To support the $250 needed 
  • Perennial Bulb:                   To support the bulbs in the orchard

Join our volunteer list to be notified of upcoming events and activities where your hands-on support may be needed. We will be building raised beds, planting trees and flowers, spreading gravel, etc., and would appreciate any time and talents you can offer to this wonderful project.
